Individuals are all too often stressed at home or work and many people are beyond their breaking point. Listen to the news. Think about road rage and your own feelings. How you handle stress reflects on your bottom line as a individual, family or business. Remember that you as an employee or person are very valuable to those in your organization or those people that love you. Asking for help is a sign of courage, not weakness as anyone can hide their feelings. Talking about your feelings takes tremendous courage.

Your employee is the front line person of your organization and how the employee interacts with other staff, patients, visitors and customers needs to be reflective of your organizational goals and objectives.
